Hunter Savage is hiring internally for a newly created part-time Finance Officer to support our growing business and the Operations Team.
The Role:
* Location: Belfast City Centre (flexible on days/hours)
* Part-time: 16-20 hours per week
* Salary: Depending on experience
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of senior recruiters with an established client base across the UK and Ireland. You will have full ownership of the accounting functions for two companies, one in the UK and one in Ireland.
Key Tasks:
1. Payroll processing (weekly and monthly)
2. Invoicing for UK and Ireland businesses
3. Credit control
4. Reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments
5. Reconciling payments received
6. VAT return preparation
7. Month-end closing activities
