Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 pa (depending on experience & qualifications)

We are currently recruiting a Management Level 5 Apprenticeship Coach based in the Midlands region.

About the role
The post holder will work closely with apprentice learners, coaching them to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviors, unlocking their potential to maximize performance and achieve their aspirations. You will ensure effective curriculum implementation through preparing schemes of work, lesson, and assessment plans, considering employer requirements and progression goals.
You will collaborate with employers to understand their business needs and vision for their apprentices. The role involves conducting engaging training sessions via Google Meets, supporting learners face-to-face quarterly, reviewing progress, and setting targets. You will also conduct End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure learners are gateway ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop learners' abilities, knowledge, skills, behaviors, and confidence through coaching, training, and assessment.
* Plan individual learner journeys aligned with their learning requirements and personal growth needs.
* Build strong relationships with apprentices, mentors, line managers, and stakeholders.
* Support functional skills development using the marking strategy and embedding skills throughout the apprenticeship.
* Assist with planning and achieving off-the-job training, recorded against the Standard.
* Deliver outstanding teaching and learning, progressing learners toward End Point Assessment in line with Ofsted/EIF/ESFA criteria.
* Maximize progression opportunities for learners through effective delivery.
Requirements:
* Experience in teaching, learning, and assessment. Recognized Level 5 or above qualification in Leadership and Management.
* At least 3 years of industry occupational competence.
* Minimum 1 year of delivering new apprenticeship standards.
* Assessor qualification (TAQA, D32/D33, or A1) - desirable.
* Level 2 Maths and English functional skills or equivalent GCSEs.
Full, clean UK Driving License
