Shift Times: 07:45–20:00
Hours: Bank hours available; temporary day shifts also considered to support with planned absences
Registered Nurse – Gainsborough – About the Role:
Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionateRegistered Nurseto join our team atFerndene Care Homein Gainsborough. This role is available on abank basis, with the option oftemporary day shiftsto support with planned absences.
Ferndene is a purpose-built care home providing high-quality residential and nursing care for older adults, including individuals living with dementia. With spacious accommodation and a committed team, we focus on delivering person-centred care in a warm and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, review, and update person-centred care plans in consultation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies
* Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate records
* Monitor the health and wellbeing of residents, reporting any concerns and coordinating appropriate professional input
* Lead and support the care team while acting as nurse in charge, ensuring effective communication and thorough handovers
* Liaise with external professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained
