From this global firm, you will play a key role in delivering complex, large-scale rail and transport infrastructure projects across the Middle East - helping to shape next-generation mobility networks and transformative public infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the design and delivery of major rail and infrastructure developments, including metro stations, high-speed rail hubs, depots, and integrated transport interchanges.
* Produce high-quality technical drawings, coordinated BIM models, and detailed design packages.
* Work closely with engineers, planners, clients, and contractors to deliver technically robust, efficient, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.
* Support projects from concept and feasibility through detailed design and construction, ensuring compliance with international and local rail standards.
* Contribute to design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and client presentations across multiple regions.
* Champion innovation in transport design, sustainability strategies, passenger experience, and smart infrastructure technologies.
Skills and Experience:
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
* Proven experience on rail, transport, or large-scale infrastructure projects is highly desirable (Middle East project experience advantageous).
* Junior level: 2–5 years post Part II experience (or equivalent infrastructure design experience).
* Senior level: 5–8+ years’ experience with demonstrable leadership on complex infrastructure packages.
* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and experience working within BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 environments.
* Experience coordinating with structural, civil, and MEP engineering disciplines.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
