The Role
The Family Law Legal Assistant will support solicitors and case managers by managing administrative tasks and ensuring cases progress efficiently. This role involves preparing documentation, managing diaries and assisting with court-related processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

* Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence

* Preparing court bundles using Adobe Pro

* Managing solicitors' diaries and scheduling appointments

\n
* Supporting the smooth progression of a varied caseload

* Maintaining accurate case records and filing systems
\n
\n
* Audio typing and word processing of legal documents

Candidate Profile
You will be organised, proactive and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Essential Skills and Experience:
