Depot Operations Lead Reports to: Senior Regional Operations Manager Location: Canterbury Role Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) About the role We’re looking for a hands-on Depot Operations Lead to run day-to-day depot operations and lead a high-performing workshop team. You’ll be responsible for fleet readiness, staff performance, safety, and operational standards — making sure the depot runs efficiently and supports excellent service delivery in the field. Working closely with senior operations and on-street teams, you’ll also play a key role in process improvement, performance reporting, and maintaining a strong working relationship with the client.
