You will play a key role in this vision and will be passionate about creating something exceptional.Role Purpose:To lead and inspire a team of Heads of Department (HODs) and their teams to optimize sales, profitability, and guest service, using a structured approach with a focus on compliance with company policies, standards, and employment principles.Reporting to the Venue Director and liaising closely with client partners, you will be responsible for key result areas including:Planning: Collaborate with clients and the Venue Director to develop strategies and tactical plans, monitor progress, and apply lessons learned. Stay informed of competitor activity and market trends to keep ahead.Projects: Work with stakeholders to plan and deliver capital expenditure and innovation projects.Operations:Ownership of daily operations: Ensure consistent high standards of product quality and service.Readiness to trade: Oversee operational preparedness for events.Hospitality: Promote a guest-focused culture with in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards.Innovation: Collaborate with partners to implement innovative solutions.Consistency: Monitor and develop departments to maintain standards.Supplier Liaison: Work with procurement and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.Health & Safety: Maintain a strong safety culture.Brand Standards: Uphold high brand standards across all areas.Communication: Ensure clear communication with clients and teams via regular meetings.Guest Focus: Act on feedback to enhance guest experiences.People:Structure & Staffing: Develop resourcing plans and lead the management of staff teams.Recruitment & Development: Implement recruitment strategies and oversee performance management.Culture: Foster a high-energy, engaging team environment.Performance & Training: Conduct reviews and drive training initiatives.Communication & Recognition: Promote effective communication and recognize achievements.HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and company policies.Financial & Business Development:Financial Accountability: Manage costs and profitability, working with finance teams.Cost Control: Monitor and control operational expenses.Performance Analysis: Review performance data to identify growth opportunities.Commercial Awareness: Maintain understanding of commercial metrics.Product Development: Collaborate on menu and service innovations to increase revenue.Person Specification:Confident leader with senior management experience, minimum 5 years in F&B management.Experience managing diverse outlets and functions, preferably in stadiums or arenas.Strong presence to engage clients and stakeholders.Passionate about hospitality, with project and change management experience.Excellent communication, influencing skills, and commercial acumen.Proven track record with P&L responsibility.Energetic, charismatic, adaptable, and resilient.Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.About Us:Levy UK & Ireland, part of Compass Group, operates at iconic venues, delivering exceptional food, drink, and hospitality experiences.
