Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE Required: 7‑10 years PQE
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: GBP 60‑75k DOE + benefits
The Role
* Advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.
* Handling a diverse caseload: high‑value commercial lettings, lease negotiations, renewals, variations, asset management for commercial property portfolios, sales and acquisitions, property finance and refinancing.
* Managing a busy and varied caseload.
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Mentoring junior team members.
* Contributing to business development and networking initiatives.
Skills Required
* 7‑10 years PQE.
* In‑depth experience of landlord and tenant work, sales, purchases, and refinance transactions.
* Exposure to land acquisition and development matters desirable but not essential.
* Commercially astute with a solutions‑focused approach.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
