As part of our team, you will use your product knowledge and natural ability to engage with customers to deliver excellent Sleep wellness advice and support. You will be given full training on our products, processes and sleepPRO technology so you can confidently guide customers to the right solutions for their needs and achieve great outcomes for the store.
You'll work with your colleagues to keep the store presenting at its best, ensuring stock is merchandised, displays are refreshed and the trading floor is clean and tidy. This role involves face-to-face customer time during peak retail hours, so availability for evenings, weekends and bank holidays is required.
We appreciate life outside work and aim to offer flexible arrangements where possible, including time off in lieu for weekend shifts and occasional overtime opportunities.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and is motivated to meet targets by genuinely helping customers find the best sleep solution. A positive, 'can do' attitude and the ability to adapt your approach to suit each customer's needs are essential.
Ideally you'll have experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the confidence to identify sales opportunities. Resilience, resourcefulness and a willingness to try new ideas to support store performance will help you succeed in this role.
