Job Introduction

The role:

Role Responsibility
* Being accountable for annual sales targets within an assigned territory.
* Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Engage with new business clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
* Effectively communicate the value of our proposition through proposals and presentations.
* Build relationships with consultants and internal colleagues/departments to plan, manage and deliver high-quality tender responses/proposals.
* Manage the full sales process for small to large bids (circa £50,000 - £2m)
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience and/or educated in a sales arena through understanding client buying behaviours and building client relationships.
* Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including the leadership team.
* Proven ability to follow the sales process from plan to close.
* Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
* Proven ability to position products against competitors.
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to update and maintain the company CRM system.
* Being a team player and working with internal colleagues to maximise all bids and the process.

Role Details - 40hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Highly Competitive Salary
