Customer Service Account Representative

Chesterfield | £30,000 | Monday – Friday


Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Account Representative on behalf of a global business based in Chesterfield.

Our client operates in a fast-paced, creative sector focused on enhancing customer experiences across multi-sites. With a strong global presence and a collaborative culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services.


The Role

As a Customer Service Account Representative, you will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensuring they gain maximum value from the company’s products and services.

You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing onboarding, engagement, renewals and identifying opportunities to grow accounts while delivering an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

* Build trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients
* Act as the primary contact for all client communication across departments
* Manage client onboarding and ensure a smooth customer journey
* Understand client goals and demonstrate the value of products and services
* Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify potential risks
* Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client initiatives
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside the growth team
* Support renewals and contract discussions with a value-focused approach
* Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
* Prepare quotations, manage contracts and support client meetings and reviews


About You

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with clients and delivering excellent service.

You will have:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
* High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage client expectations
* Experience using CRM systems and managing customer accounts
* Strong organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Teams
