Overview
Working within an established team, you'll be managing a caseload of clients who have complex mental health problems, including psychotic illness and non-psychosis presentations, and delivering a range of interventions and treatments across the whole patient group.
As a successful candidate you will be given time and opportunity to build your skills and confidence to eventually undertake the role of management of a caseload. Where patients with a psychotic presentation are involved, they may be managed through shared care within the team, allowing the sharing of responsibility, skills and knowledge to support staff development while being supported by colleagues.
