We are seeking a committed and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our pastoral team in our three-form entry primary school. The successful candidate will work closely with children, families, and school staff to support wellbeing, improve attendance, and remove barriers to learning. The role involves early intervention, safeguarding support, home–school engagement, and working with external agencies. Who are we looking for?
