Your communication skills set you apart. You understand not just what your customer wants but how they feel. You ask the right questions, explain your fix, and ensure your customer can continue with their day. You’re ready for anything—there for them, anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Sharing knowledge clearly so customers feel safe and informed.
* A dedicated learner: Taking every opportunity to learn from others, whether on the road or in structured training.
* A self-starter: Working independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weather conditions.
* A fixer/problem solver: Using your technical expertise to resolve a variety of issues, from roadside repairs to vehicle recovery, enabling customers to get on with their day.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less. If you don’t have category BE (towing), we’ll fund it for you.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
