The framework covers a wide range of clean water and wastewater projects, aimed at increasing treatment capacity, improving water quality and resilience, and enhancing environmental performance across the region.
This multi‑year programme includes:
1. Upgrades to water supply and wastewater treatment sites
2. Improvements to water safety, quality, recycling and resilience
3. Strategic planning, surveys, design and construction management services
4. Projects ranging from single‑site works to large, multi‑disciplinary schemes
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will lead the safe and efficient delivery of assigned projects, ensuring all works arepleted on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory, environmental and quality standards.
You will:
5. Manage and support multi‑disciplinary teams across the full project lifecycle
6. Implement and uphold all health, safety, risk and environmental procedures
7. Work collaboratively with clients, designers, stakeholders and supply chain partners
8. Oversee construction delivery, ensuring fullpliance with safety protocols
9. Monitor performance, forecasting, reporting andmercial targets
10. Lead procurement of materials, equipment and services
11. Maintain project records and documentation to statutory and framework standards
12. Build an inclusive, positive team culture that encourages growth and innovation
What you’ll need to succeed
13. Experience delivering projects within the water sector or similar infrastructure environments
14. Degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline
15. Strong organisational, planning and analytical skills
16. Ability tomunicate effectively at all levels, with a collaborative and proactive approach
17. Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practice
18. Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
19. Full UK driving licence
