Job Description:
Job Title: Social Media Manager & Content Creator - Interiors Brand.
Location: London.
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Create content (mostly video) for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram)
* Collaborate with the brand marketing team to align content with the marketing calendar and wider business goals.
* Manage scheduling, posting, and reporting.
* Craft copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and ensures a cohesive visual identity.
* Work with internal and external creatives to produce polished, high-quality content.
* Keep up with social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Skills & Experience:
* 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, open to agency and brand-side candidates.
* Experience working across retail, fashion, beauty or interiors in a social content creation or social media management role.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Final Cut Pro.
* Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
* Creative ideation experience across social channels.
* Ability to adjust content strategies based on performance data.
