About Us:
Caviar Studios is a premium creative studio space designed for content creators, brands, artists, and production teams. We pride ourselves on providing a professional, inspiring environment that helps our clients produce their best work. Now, we're looking for someone special to help us elevate the experience even further.
About the Role:
As our Studio Operations & Client Experience Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of Caviar Studios.
You'll manage our studio bookings, welcome clients, and ensure the space is always in top condition — clean, organised, and ready for creativity to happen.
You'll be the person who knows our studios better than anyone — solving problems quickly, keeping the environment immaculate, and making sure every visitor leaves impressed.
You'll also handle basic admin tasks like answering emails and sending invoices, helping our studio run smoothly behind the scenes.
This role is perfect for someone who loves taking ownership, pays attention to the little details, and genuinely enjoys creating a world-class client experience.
This is a full time 40 hours per week role - Self Employed - On site Role
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Manage studio bookings, scheduling, and client communication (emails, confirmations, invoices).
• Greet and assist clients during their bookings; solve any small issues on the spot.
• Maintain the studio space daily — cleaning, checking equipment, fixing minor issues.
• Set up and reset spaces before and after bookings to create a 5-star experience.
• Monitor stock levels for consumables (refreshments, equipment, etc.) and re-order as needed.
• Suggest improvements to how we run the space — we love fresh ideas.
• Support occasional larger bookings (e.g., set builds, long-term hires).
We'd Love to Hear from You if You:
• Take genuine pride in keeping spaces organized, beautiful, and functional.
• Are hands-on and proactive — you spot small issues and fix them fast.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and in a friendly way with all types of clients.
• Can balance practical tasks with basic admin work (you'll be answering emails and sending invoices, too).
• Are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences.
• Have experience in studio management, hospitality, event coordination, co-working spaces, or similar fields (ideal but not essential).
Bonus Points If You:
• Have an interest in content creation, photography, videography, or the creative industries.
• Have experience managing bookings, clients, or creative spaces.
What We Offer:
• A creative, energetic environment where no two days are the same.
• Opportunity to shape how our studios grow and improve.
• A role where your attention to detail and pride in your work truly matters.
• Being part of a growing brand that values excellence and innovation.
Location:
Newcastle upon Tyne — you must be able to reliably commute to the studio as this is an in person role.
