The role/responsibilities
* Reporting to the Owners and setting the strategic direction for all construction activity.
* Leading the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover.
* Overseeing budgets, programmes and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost and to high quality standards.
* Building and inspiring a strong internal construction function and managing external partners.
* Driving health and safety, compliance, and embedding ESG principles across all sites.
Skills needed/requirements
* Working knowledge of delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes at senior level.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
* Commercial acumen with experience managing procurement and multi-million-pound budgets.
* Understanding of UK building regulations and familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts.
* UK degree qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid desirable.
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the South East.
