As a Recruitment Consultant, you will handle roles across various niche requirements, including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, C-level executives, and other aviation professionals. There is clear progression to becoming an industry sector specialist, aviation consultant, or team leader!
You need to be dynamic and entrepreneurial to meet challenging targets, tight deadlines, and complex requirements.
What you'll be doing:
1. Sourcing and selecting candidates using internal and external tools such as internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
2. Creating, placing, and managing job advertisements across various platforms including aviation websites and LinkedIn groups.
3. Building your network with candidates and airline operators to gather recommendations, new business, and industry insights.
4. Maintaining excellent communication with candidates from initial inquiries and pre-screening to document verification and interviews.
5. Managing logistics for assessment centers worldwide, coordinating with candidates and clients across multiple continents.
6. Nurturing client relationships with team support to ensure success and achieve your monthly bonus.
7. Providing an exceptional candidate experience through engaging activities, surveys, social networking, and events, aligned with our internal values.
8. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
What you'll need:
1. Fluent written and spoken English.
2. Excellent IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
3. A good work ethic.
4. Ability to respond well to targets and work under pressure.
5. Effective communication skills with internal staff at all levels.
