The Role You’ll lead a stable and motivated team of social workers supporting adolescents (12) and their families, focusing on contextual safeguarding, neglect, and family breakdown. Your role will involve: * Providing clear, supportive leadership and reflective supervision. * Promoting relationship-based, restorative practice across the service. * Managing and developing practitioners to deliver safe, high-quality social work. * Working closely with partners to ensure positive outcomes for children and families. * Shaping strategy and contributing to the continuous improvement of Surrey’s Adolescent Safeguarding Service.
