Lynx Support are a well established family owned company based in the lower Don Valley area of Sheffield. We support people in the local community to live independent lives.
The Role:
We are currently expanding our Support team and are looking for individuals that have a passion and enthusiasm for providing support services that really make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals we support.
Our services support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and range of complex requirements to live the life they choose. Maximising choice, achieving goals and meeting the expectations set through a person-centered approach.
We are reaching out to employ a team of individuals that have already established themselves as successful Support Workers in addition to providing a supportive programme of training, mentoring within a knowledge-based framework to enable candidates with transferable skills to be successful in a new career.
Our pay scales are competitive for the sector and we are always looking at ways of boosting individual’s salaries in a creative way.
Our services are based in 4 localities currently across Sheffield, for successful candidates, you will work as part of an established core with a hands-on management team, to support everyone journey. * Demonstrate good communication skills and values which are essential for supporting our Individuals.
