About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, professional services firm based in Gloucester. With a team of 14 professional staff that cover Audit, Accounts and Taxation services in a friendly and professional way. Job Description
3. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
4. Mentor and develop a team of junior accountants, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
5. Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
6. Working as part of an established team dealing with Accounts/Taxation and some audits.
The Successful Applicant
Successful Accountant should have:
7. A degree in Finance or Accounting.
8. Professional certification (e.g. ACA, ACCA) or part qualified and therefore qualified by experience.
9. Proven working experience in the professional services industry.
10. Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
11. Proficiency in MS Office and finance software.
12. An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
