Residential Recruitment are currently seeking a registered manager for a residential children's home. This role is to work in a new 2 bed home with a good OFSTED rating company for children and young people with emotional & behavioural difficulties.

Being able to work from initiative is important to showing strong leadership in a Senior role. This is a very stable home with a great management structure in place where the team works together to get the best out of the young people in their care.
This company is open to seeking profiles of a Deputy Manager looking to step up, where they will happily enrol any successful applicants on a Level 5 and experienced Registered Managers seeking a new environment to join this great team.
Salary and Benefits
