CareTaker and Cleaner
Salary: £12.65 - £13.47 per hour
Location: Kirby and Great Broughton School, Kirby and Great Broughton, Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire
Hours: 5 hours (Caretaking) + 3 hours (Cleaning) per week; term time only; permanent contract; broken out as: 5 hours caretaking and 3 hours cleaning; weekend working: No

Overview: We have an opportunity to join North Yorkshire Council working at Kirby and Great Broughton School. You will be a valued member of our team who is reliable, dependable and has a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
* Caretaking duties: lock up the site after cleaning, set the alarm, and ensure the site is fully secure.
* Cleaning duties: dusting, vacuuming and cleaning sanitary fittings on site. Full training will be provided.
* Coordinate with school to agree start and finish times where possible within the stated hours.
Funding and pay details: An additional £12.85 per hour will be paid for the 5 caretaking hours per week; cleaning hours paid at £12.65 per hour (term time only).

Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS (cost met by employer).
* DBS disclosure is required for appointment to this post.
* Criminal offences related to safeguarding: it is an offence to apply if barred from working with adults at risk.
