Class 3 Building Control Surveyor/ £650 per day/ London
My Local Authority client are looking for a Class 3 Surveyor to come in on an initial 6 month contract with view to extension.
Please see the below key responsibilities for this position;
-Review plans for a diverse range of construction projects.
-Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations.
-Provide Building Control advice through various channels (phone, email, in person).
-Inspect dangerous structures during regular working hours.
-Participate in the out-of-hours dangerous structures rota.
-Maintain accurate records of inspections and correspondence.
-Support the training of Trainee and Assistant Surveyors.
-Assist the Principal Surveyor and Head of Building Control with additional team duties.
