Cooke & Co are seeking an enthusiastic and organised full time Lettings Negotiator to become part of the Cooke & Co team. The position will be based at our Margate office and requiresa full driving licence and a clean reliable car to undertake appointments throughout the Thanet area. Therole also includes working Saturdays.

In this busy Lettings Negotiator role, every day will be different, you can expect:
* Helping the team to maximise business opportunities.
* Booking property viewings and registering applicants in a professional manner.
* Planning your diary to use your time in an efficient way.
* Visiting properties throughout Thanet to carry out viewings with potential tenants.
* Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, face to face and by email.
* Planning and helping with new and periodic property inspections and check outs including pictorial inventories. This will require lone working and time management (Once trained).
* Helping to negotiate, reserve and agree tenancies (Once trained)
* Assisting with the necessary paperwork and understanding legislation to help us manage the properties in our care correctly, in an organised and award-winning way.
* Always representing the company in a professional manner, buildingstrong relationships with new and existing local and national landlords, as well as all your team members.
This is a not a sales role but you will have regular interaction with our sales teams at all three of our branches.
