Position Overview
We are hiring a Hospitality Market Manager to drive marketing, digital activity and revenue growth for our Conference Centre. If you are creative, commercially minded and experienced in hospitality marketing, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective marketing strategies that drive revenue, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer engagement. This is a varied role combining digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns
* Manage digital marketing (SEO, social media, website content)
* Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns
* Support revenue growth initiatives
* Maintain customer relationships and CRM systems
What you will need
* Marketing qualification or relevant hospitality marketing experience
* Background in hotels, events, or conference venues
* Strong digital marketing and campaign management skills
* Be creative and adaptable
* Experience with Customer Relations Management/Property Management Systems and analytics tools
* Excellent communication, organisation skills, and attention to detail
