The Role
Are you a seasoned bid professional ready to take the reins? We’re hiring a Senior Bid Coordinator to lead our bid coordination function and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure high-quality submissions, and help shape our bid strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and the wider Bid Team to deliver winning bids that reflect our values and capabilities.
Please note, this role will reflect a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in our stratford office!
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Bid Coordinators
* Oversee the full bid lifecycle from opportunity to submission
* Maintain governance frameworks and bid libraries
* Manage bid communications and client engagement
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in senior bid coordination or similar role
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills
* Deep understanding of procurement and tender processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management tools
