Position Overview
Here at Willow Vets, we are looking for an experienced veterinary clinician to replace a longstanding team member returning home after eight successful years. The successful candidate will be a committed team player, experienced in all general practice roles, including consulting and surgery.
The role will be based mainly at our Newport Pagnell site, with occasional consulting sessions required at our Olney site.
Flexibility and Rota
We pride ourselves on a flexible approach to rota patterns and working hours that promotes a healthy work‑life balance. The full‑time position involves 40 hours per week, split over four days, including Saturday mornings (08:00–13:00, 2:5). Part‑time applicants are also welcomed.
About Us
Our highly experienced vet team consists of 8.1 FTE clinicians, including certificate holders in medicine and exotics. Supported by our dedicated RVN team of 8.8 FTE, we offer a full range of diagnostic and treatment services such as digital x‑ray, ultrasound, endoscopy (flexible & rigid), in‑house lab, and dental x‑ray. We foster case follow‑through, clinical autonomy, and regular team meetings.

Location
Newport Pagnell is ideally situated on the M1 for convenient travel across the UK, with Milton Keynes and Bicester Village nearby for leisure.
