Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the insight strategy for Weight Management, driving evidence-based decisions across product, service, and customer experience.
* Partner with senior stakeholders across healthcare and product to deliver impactful, insight-driven recommendations.
* Conduct and manage research across the full range of methodologies from segmentation to journey mapping and UX testing.
* Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including innovation and proposition testing.
* Optimise digital journeys and track key experience metrics (e.g. NPS, CSAT, LTV).
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to guide commercial strategy.
* Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives to inform decision-making.
Location:
This role is based in London (or Nuneaton), and is required to travel to our Nuneaton Hub (or London) and occasionally to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in consumer insight or analytics, ideally in health, wellness, or digital services.
* Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
* Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
* Passion for digital health, with a focus on improving customer outcomes and commercial performance.
