FLI Water is expanding — and we’re looking for a talented Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in municipal wastewater projects to help us deliver innovative water and wastewater treatment solutions across the UK.
From £100K refurbishments to £6M turnkey projects, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and commissioning process systems that improve water infrastructure and protect the environment.
What You’ll Do :
* Lead process design from concept to commissioning
* Prepare P&IDs, mass balance diagrams, and technical documentation
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients
* Support pilot trials and new technology assessments
* Deliver operator training and manage commissioning activities
* Mentor junior engineers and enhance internal design tools
What You’ll Bring :
* Degree in Engineering or Science + 5–10 years’ experience
* Chartered or working towards Chartered status
* Strong background in municipal wastewater projects
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Full UK driving licence
