About the Role

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your day-to-day may include:

✅ Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups (including ASC, ADHD & communication needs)
✅ Working alongside teachers to deliver inclusive, engaging lessons
✅ Helping students develop confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
✅ Adapting learning activities to suit individual needs
✅ Collaborating with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
✅ Creating a positive, safe and supportive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
