This role focuses on promoting wellbeing, carrying out health screening, and supporting staff in maintaining their fitness for work. What youll be doing * Delivering effective health and wellbeing assessments * Providing professional and appropriate health advice * Supporting other clinicians within the department * Setting up clinics and undertaking pre-placement health assessments What were looking for * Registered Nurse (Adult/RGN) with current NMC Level 1 registration * Experience or knowledge of health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments * Confidence in reviewing medical information and making routine decisions using initiative and sound judgement Whats in it for you
