UCL Translational Research Office (TRO) supports biomedical research by offering strategic advice, funding, and industry collaborations to advance therapeutic, device, and diagnostic innovations.
The TRO Business & Innovation Group aims to enhance UCL’s capabilities in biomedical translation, working with academia, industry, and health partners to foster collaborations beyond transactional relationships.
About The Role
We seek a motivated and experienced individual with excellent interpersonal skills to manage diverse relationships with academia, Biomedical Research Centres (BRCs), and industry partners. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, supporting strategic industry engagement, and promoting biomedical translational science at UCL and its partners. This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave until 31st May 2026.
The successful candidate will implement UCL LMS’s industry engagement strategies, particularly within Therapeutic Innovation Networks (TINs), to foster research collaborations, knowledge transfer, and revenue generation, contributing to UCL’s reputation as a leader in biomedical translation.

You are a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship management skills, capable of working with senior stakeholders across academia and industry to drive strategic opportunities and collaborations.
