SALARY: * Junior Building Services Engineer From £29,000 plus Institution Fees Fees paid for Masters, career prospects, pension. 4 day week. * Intermediate / Senior Building Services Engineer – up to £39K plus benefits. 4 day week. HOURS: 8am-5pm Monday- Thursday. Permanent. This is an exciting and varied project led design role. Your day-to-day duties as Electrical/ Mechanical Design Engineer will include the delivery of designs to project delivery: * Carrying out feasibility studies & writing reports. * Producing the most energy efficient designs and strategies * Building good relationships with Architects, Project Managers, Building Services Engineers, Structural Engineers, Contractors, Developers. * Attending design team meetings, site progress meetings and site inspections. You will be hardworking, with a good understanding of electrical/ mechanical design engineering and environmental design concepts and theories. You will be IT Literate, proficient in AutoCAD software. You will have a qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
