We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Extra High Voltage (EHV) systems, with a focus on Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (EICA) designs. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in delivering successful projects, from detailed designs to construction and commissioning.
Responsibilities
* Develop electrical designs, including lighting systems, power distribution, and control systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Create detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts using CAD software.
* Collaborate with engineers and project managers to determine project requirements and specifications.
* Perform site visits to assess existing electrical systems and develop effective design solutions.
* Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical prototypes and installations.
* Provide technical support and guidance to other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
* Prepare accurate project documentation, including bills of materials and cost estimates.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance design efficiency.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in electrical design, preferably within the energy sector.
* Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
* Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
* Knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, and control systems.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
