Administrator – Healthcare Setting

🕒 Full-Time | 3-Month Temporary Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy healthcare setting based in Chesterfield. This is a full-time, temporary role for an initial 3-month period, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a vital service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
Manage patient records and data entry with accuracy and confidentiality
Liaise with internal departments and external agencies
Support day-to-day operational tasks within the serviceRequirements:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare environment
Knowledge of the criminal justice system and healthcare sector is highly desirable
Experience using SystemOne is advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPay Rates:
Up to £17.50 per hour (Umbrella)
£15.55 per hour (PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay)
£13.88 per hour (PAYE, exclusive of holiday pay)
Hybrid/ home working not available in this role and Part time hours will not be considered.
