The Role:
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled content designer who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will produce high-impact and refined content to support marketing campaigns and brand activity, utilizing their design skills to elevate the Hadean brand while facilitating lead generation. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Suite and the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
We're looking for a talented Content Designer with experience in high-energy work environments, capable of crafting engaging content and understanding the reasoning behind each design decision. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to design assets that are eye-catching and strategically aligned with campaign goals.
This role includes responsibilities such as visual storytelling, infographics, graphic design, marketing campaign execution, and brand guardianship.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, email, web, paid ads, and events.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to turn concepts into visuals and content that facilitate lead generation.
3. Understand business needs, objectives, and goals.
4. Work with other departments and stakeholders to create content and assets.
5. Support branding efforts with consistent design across all platforms.
6. Create templates, style guides, and other tools to ensure brand consistency.
7. Stay updated with marketing techniques, design trends, and platform best practices.
8. Use data and performance feedback to refine designs and improve effectiveness.
Skills required:
1. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand, campaign, and digital design.
2. Experience designing for social, digital, and print media.
3. Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in tech or SaaS.
4. A keen eye for detail and a preference for clean, succinct design.
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects on deadlines.
6. Ability to understand and interpret technical concepts.
7. Understanding of marketing KPIs, funnels, and creative testing.
8. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus: Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Figma, Canva.
9. Understanding of design principles, growth marketing, and how visuals impact consumer behavior and conversion.
Nice to have:
1. Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
2. Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) or email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
3. Copywriting and UX/UI knowledge are a plus.
