You'll be managing a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of relationships and campaign management across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, and Organic social. Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day client communications, building strong and trusted relationships with PPC and Paid Social clients. Support the PPC, Paid Social and SEO specialists with account management, client leadership and digital strategy recommendations. Back up campaign and strategic recommendations with data, insights, and industry knowledge. Spot opportunities to improve performance across the full customer journey - not just the point of lead generation. Spot opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to existing and new clients.
