This is a hands‑on role that blends strategic thinking, technical delivery and client partnership, helping turn business goals into clear measurement plans, reliable datasets and actionable insight.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead measurement planning and KPI frameworks aligned to client objectives.
* Conduct data and tracking audits, including tags, pixels, consent-aware measurement, UTMs and naming conventions.
* Implement and QA tracking across client-side and server-side setups where appropriate.
* Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery and Supermetrics.
* Support experimentation and CRO programmes through test design, measurement frameworks, QA, analysis and insight.
* Analyse performance data to uncover trends, opportunities and actionable recommendations.
* Develop workflows, templates and documentation to improve delivery and consistency.
* Partner with key clients, Account Managers and channel specialists to deliver excellent service.
* Support new business proposals, pitch meetings and the ongoing development of our data offering.
The Person
You’re a strategic, detail-focused problem solver with a passion for data, measurement and digital marketing. You can turn complexity into clarity, thrive in a collaborative agency environment and enjoy finding smarter ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
* Strong experience in analytics, tracking and reporting in a digital marketing environment.
* Advanced knowledge of GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Google Sheets or Excel.
* Confidence using BigQuery and SQL for analysis and reporting.
* Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, attribution, channel measurement and performance insight.
* Experience implementing tracking solutions and conducting audits.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities.
* A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently and drive improvements.
* Experience with server-side measurement such as Cloud Run or Stape.io.
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting CRO or experimentation programmes using platforms such as VWO or AB Tasty.
* Knowledge of Power BI, dbt, Git or privacy-aware measurement design.
AI & Innovation
We believe AI won’t replace humans, but humans using AI will. You’ll help shape how we use AI to improve efficiency, innovation and data‑led decision‑making across the team. You don’t need to be an AI expert, just curious, open‑minded and ready to experiment.
Other Information
We are passionate about fostering a workplace where everyone can be their authentic selves and feel supported to thrive. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including those people from underrepresented backgrounds, people with disabilities and individuals of all faiths or beliefs.

* If you're not sure you're 100% qualified but are excited about the role, apply anyway. We value potential and passion just as much as experience.
