Overview
Are you motivated and committed to providing quality care, enhancing patient care and dignity at the core of our service. We deliver continence care to residents within South Warwickshire, aiming to cure or manage bladder or bowel dysfunction to restore dignity and independence.
Key responsibilities
* Undertake reassessments of patients in their own home and residential care setting.
* Provide health promotion to patients and their carers/relatives whenever possible.
* Avoid early admission to residential care by effective continence management.
* Deliver high quality, caring and compassionate personal care as delegated by the Bladder and Bowel nurse Specialist.
* Support the registered professional in delivering safe, effective, compassionate patient care in patients home, residential homes or clinic room setting.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience in health and social care.
* Good interpersonal skills and a caring person‑centred approach.
* Full driving licence and car owner/driver essential.
