Town Planner or Senior Town Planner
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £35,000–£50,000 + Bonus

🛠️ Your Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, your role will include:
* Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
* Managing mid to large-scale planning projects
* Conducting site assessments and shaping development strategies
* Drafting and coordinating submission documents
* Engaging with clients, local authorities, and community stakeholders
* Attending planning committee meetings and consultations

👤 About You
We welcome applications from both early-career planners and experienced consultants:
* 1–5+ years’ experience in town planning
* Working towards or already MRTPI chartered
