About the Role
You will support the teaching of DT by preparing resources, maintaining workshop tools, and ensuring students have the safe, structured environment needed to succeed in practical subjects. Your work will include:
* Setting up materials for resistant materials, product design, engineering and graphics
* Maintaining machinery such as band saws, laser cutters, pillar drills, sanders and 3D printers
* Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant and logged correctly
* Organising storage and helping students with project construction tasks
* Assisting teachers during practical lessons and providing technical support
This role is suited to someone comfortable in a workshop environment, with attention to detail and commitment to health & safety.
