Role – Chartered Surveyor
Location – Edinburgh
Hours – 36 hours per week, Mon – Fri
Rate of Pay - £24.50 to £29.00 per hour, depending on experience
Start date – asap
Duration – 6 months with possible extension
Please note that this role requires a minimum of 1 day working in the office per week and site visits across the city.
The successful candidate will be joining an established team to carry out, but not be limited to:
* Undertaking property inspections to assess condition, compliance and occupation status
* Carrying out valuations for acquisitions
* Providing reports to stakeholders on the properties assessed
* Making recommendations to stakeholders
* Working collaboratively with various departments regarding acquisitions
* Contributing to team activities
* Any other tasks as required
You should be a RICS Chartered Surveyor with previous experience of valuation and inspections.
