Description
The Head of Leisure will be accountable for the smooth planning and safe operational delivery of our leisure proposition across resort.
This includes leading through all activity for Splash, Fairground, Sports, PlayX & all paid activity-based proposition.

General Duties & Key Accountabilities
1. Accountable for the delivery of all leisure activity across resorts
2. Ensure the proposition are delivered in line with advertised offering, IP Contracts and Brand Standards.
3. Ensure all guest feedback is captured, trends analysed, and opportunities explored.
4. Inspire action and ownership within your team for delivery of the departmental plan by breaking it down into measurable objectives.
5. Be a champion of the Butlins Values and Leadership Behaviours.
6. Ensure we always have a focus on RPRRT in the way we recruit and manage contracts for team.
