Health and Safety Manager - Launceston

We're now looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Launceston. This is a key role to ensure that our people, customers, and projects are safe, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards.
The Role:
* Leading all aspects of health, safety, and wellbeing across office and site-based operations.
* Developing, implementing, and reviewing health & safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
* Supporting managers and site teams to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, and company standards.
* Delivering training, toolbox talks, and safety inductions for employees and contractors.
* Carrying out site inspections, audits, and incident investigations, and driving continuous improvement.
* Acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and client H&S representatives.
* Promoting a positive safety culture across the whole business.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a health & safety management role, ideally in construction, retrofit, or renewables although other industries will be considered.
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and best practice.
* NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum NEBOSH General Certificate essential).
* Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage colleagues at all levels.
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
* A genuine commitment to building a culture of safety and wellbeing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
