As a Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Digital, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing top talent to building long-term client relationships. You’ll combine sales, talent acquisition, and business development to grow your desk and deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively build and develop a client portfolio through research, outreach, and visits.
* Understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Source, assess, and match candidates to suitable permanent opportunities.
* Advise clients on salaries, market trends, and talent strategies.
* Negotiate contracts and maintain compliance with policies and agreements.
* Achieve revenue, growth, and activity targets while driving new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven sales experience in IT sales, recruitment or staffing.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and close deals.
* Commercial mindset with knowledge of mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude with attention to detail.
