We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focusedCar Sales Executive to join our client's reputable volume main dealer in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to develop their career within a busy, professional dealership environment. As a CarSales Executive, you will play a pivotal position in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

* Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with uncapped commission earnings (OTE up to £45,000)

Duties
* Greeting and assisting customers in a professional, friendly manner to create a positive experience
* Demonstrating and showcasing new and used vehicles to prospective buyers
* Negotiating sales confidently to maximise profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction
* Following up with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and foster loyalty
* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
* Collaborating with colleagues to optimise overall sales performance and dealership success
Requirements
* Previous experience in car sales or a comparable sales environment is desirable
* A valid UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
* A positive attitude with a proactive approach to customer service and achieving sales goals
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop your sales techniques and automotive industry knowledge
* Professionalswith experience as a Trainee Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Executive are encouraged to apply
