About The Opportunity
The Business Intelligence Consultant is a client-facing, high-impact role within our growing Analytics, Intelligence & Insights team. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of projects, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that make a difference.

Trusted to lead the development of interactive analytics tools, translate complex datasets into actionable insights, and guide stakeholders through compelling data narratives. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the evolution of our digital capabilities.
Here's what you'll need
Proven experience in Business Intelligence and data analytics roles
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps, and related tools
Strong UX/UI design capabilities for user-friendly digital interfaces
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Experience working with large datasets (cleansing, migration, investigation)
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Commitment to support and mentor junior team members whilst steering technical delivery
Nice to Have
Experience with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, GIS, Palantir, or similar tools
Knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, or statistical analysis
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps norms
