Office Administrator
Salary: GBP 25,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who thrives in a fast:paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
: Provide general administrative support across departments
: Maintain accurate records and databases
: Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service
: Assist with processing sales orders, invoicing, and shipping documentation
: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations
Essential Criteria:
: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
: Strong numeracy and literacy skills
: Good problem:solving and organisational abilities
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
: High level of attention to detail
: Customer service experience
: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable Criteria:
: Experience using SAP
: Understanding of international sales and freight processes
: Ability to analyse data and prepare reports
